1. Order Fulfillment

• Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we will begin working on your mailers and flyers immediately.
• Our team will coordinate with you to ensure the your content of your slate mail align with your requirements.
• Your materials will be printed and mailed according to the agreed timeline.

2. Refund Policy

• Custom Products: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final once the digital content is submitted.
• Revisions: If there are errors in the mailers or flyers that were not present in the approved digital proof, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Non-Custom Products: For non-custom products, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been used or distributed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before Proof Approval: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
• After Proof Approval: Once you have submitted the digital text, your order cannot be canceled, as we will have begun the printing and distribution process.
• Rush Orders: For rush orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed, as the process moves into production immediately.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Orders are processed and fulfilled based on the timeline agreed upon at the time of purchase.
• If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services, but we will provide support in tracking shipments and resolving any shipping issues.
